Your path to healing with us
First contact
Click on "Free consultation" at the top right of the homepage, fill in the contact form and send us your latest medical reports and a recent blood analysis. After submitting the form, your data will be forwarded to our doctors with your consent in order to draw up a therapy proposal. After registering on the website, you will receive a document with a description of the therapy, a questionnaire and a free consultation.
Free advice
The consultation can take place online via TEAMS or Zoom. During the consultation, we will ask you detailed questions about your current condition and your specific case. Together we will discuss the treatment options proposed by our doctors in detail.
The offer
Your quote will include a customized, personal treatment plan as well as a detailed and transparent price description. You will also receive precise information about the clinic, including the address and travel instructions, as well as other important details. This includes advice on the next steps required for treatment as well as supporting information to help you plan and organize your therapy.
Suggested dates and declaration of consent
We will send you suitable date suggestions and a detailed offer. If you agree with the offer, please click on "Accept" and let us know which appointment you would like us to reserve and book for you. By accepting the offer, you also give us your consent to organize the treatment. When you visit the clinic, you will also sign a special medical consent form relating to the planned treatment steps. This will ensure that all legal and medical formalities are fully complied with.
The deposit
In order for us to process and finalize your appointments, it is necessary that you pay the deposit specified in the offer. Payment can be made conveniently by bank transfer, whereby the necessary account details and payment information are included in your invoice. As soon as we have received the deposit, we will immediately start processing and organizing your appointments. Please note that timely payment of the deposit is a crucial step in securing your place in the treatment plan and ensuring the smooth running of your therapy.
The journey
If you decide to undergo treatment, we will take care of preparing your trip to the clinic. We will help you organize your bookings, be it for flights, hotels or additional services. This includes a concierge service, the provision of an escort and support from a translator. If you wish, we can also take care of these bookings directly for you to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our aim is to provide you with an all-round organized and comfortable journey so that you can concentrate fully on your treatment.
Arrival at destination
On request and for an additional charge, a representative of IASO-Health GmbH will be at your disposal as your personal assistant during your entire stay. This assistant will greet you on arrival at the airport, ensure a smooth transfer to the clinic and, if necessary, to the hotel. He or she will also assist you with other organizational matters and support you to make your stay as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Our service aims to offer you individual care and maximum comfort during your trip.
Monitoring and aftercare
Once your treatment has been completed, your health will be monitored regularly and closely by your medical team in order to optimally support the healing process. Even after your treatment, we will continue to be available to you as a reliable point of contact. You can contact us at any time to ask questions or receive support. Our aim is to offer you continuous care so that you feel safe and in good hands. Your health and well-being are important to us, which is why we remain at your side even after your treatment.
